It was clean but tired...

Disliked: Do not recommend! Our room was dirty, the portable cot was infested with spiders, there was no smoke alarm in the room, one rooms light didnt work and the playground was falling apart. When we tried to discuss our concerns and request a refund we were basically told "tough luck, sit in our reception and complain but we don't care"

Liked: The beds were double and very uncomfortable
Disliked: The family next door with young children kept us awake with their running and loud voices through the wall.
