Liked: The host is just lovely and breakfast is great.
Disliked: Floors are little bit squeaky and can hear all movement from the outside

Liked: The guest house is close to the cathedral and the city center is just over the bridge. The owners are very nice, they help you to plan your trip if you want and they prepare your breakfast the way you like it. It was awesome stay!

Liked: A very lovely building that felt like staying with family. The rooms are in good condition and the furnishings are modest but suitable.
Disliked: It was a little noisy at night on the road facing side of the building and the single beds quilt was a little small and made for rather cold evenings but still had a comfortable stay

Liked: The property is in an ideal position for exploring Inverness although as I go there quite often it was not the purpose of my visit. The breakfast was excellent and well served.
Disliked: The problem with parking was the one downside but I was aware of this before booking
