Disliked: Our room didn't have a remote for the tv and it took about two hours to get oneHousekeeping was knocking on doors around 930am to clean rooms. Way before checkout

Disliked: Overall service, room wasn't cleaned and when we requested towels and tp , nobody came. We had to go to front desk for them.

Liked: Room was ready when we arrived Extra towels were gotten without a hassel Location was as good as you can without staying in the parking lot
Disliked: Life guards were over protected quit a lot - Pool was not crowded at all but a family of kids and their dad were throwing a small football around not bothering anyone and were told to stop, Then security was called for no reason My grandson was wearing a swimmask for over an hour with no problems then all of a sudden he was not allowed to wear it because it covered his nose A lot of people sitting around the pool said no fun allowed

Okay, But Not As Good...

Liked: Great location. Room was decent. Beds were okay, but not super comfortable. Pool was nice.
Disliked: Beds were not super comfortable. The room was very humid. The second night there were kids running around late at night, yelling and slamming doors. I asked the front desk about it the next morning and she told me that she knew it was going on. That she told them several times to calm down, but they didn’t. She said she finally threatened to call security and they finally stopped. It kept me awake for over an hour. It should have been stopped immediately. Also, the front desk workers were screaming and yelling at each other when I checked in. The girt who checked me in was very professional, but the other three desk workers were screaming and yelling at each other about the play Hamilton and how racist it was and it was just very uncomfortable to listen to while I was just trying to check into a hotel.
