I will not be back....

Liked: My kids love the waterslides but some where closed for about 2 hours for both days we where there.
Disliked: So when I check in using the affirm app they could use the that card that I used to book the trip so I essentially had to pay 2 times for the one accommodation. We stayed 3 days and never got fresh towels which was horrible. Half the attraction where closed during our stay as well. The hot tub was extremely discussing as well. I would have like to know that you couldn't process that payment time ahead of time and for the price more attractions should be open. The food was bad and the serves was very slow. We had to wait for each order we did nothing was ready. One of the sandwiches my son had was gray inside . We had to argue with the management to get something else,

Liked: Breakfast for my children was good they enjoyed it but was watched by employee for no reason who stood by a booth and watched my family
Disliked: Privacy when trying to enjoying your breakfast and not being watch with a upset look on her face was very uncomfortable and unexpected

Liked: The Waterpark
Disliked: The room was clean but I saw some trash/debris on the elevator and in the hallways. The one side of the elevator was out of order the whole 3 days making it so hard to even get on the one that was operating. People on the 4th floor were so loud all hours of the night kept slamming doors and etc. The floors should be monitored so when this is happening it can be stopped quickly without other customers having to say something!

Liked: The water park was good and age appropriate. Lots of fun things for the littles.
Disliked: Lacking cleanliness. Not sure when the last time the room was swept. Trash from other guests left on the floor. In the room. Elevator full of trash on the floor also. All water park facilities cleaned well.
