Disappointed and disgusted.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Place was filthy! The sofa bed was not a sofa bed but makeshift sofa and a nasty cheap foam matress. The sofa bed was broken! The wood frame was broken. The matress was so filthy that we had to carry it outside the cabin to shake off the crap that were all left behind. It was very uncomfortable.

Liked: It was really cute. A small family like mine fit perfectly
Disliked: The heater was loud and in the main room which made sleeping really hard

Nice, good, cozy, low ceiling

Disliked: No dishes in the kitchen

Overpriced, not clean enough, and...

Disliked: I have photos of all the dust and dirt on the floor and stairs and on the lighting. This place hardly ever gets a deep clean between guests.

Overall a pleasant stay.

Liked: A cute little cottage, very good location, close to the main road, yet quiet. Close to restaurants and shopping, and about 5 miles to Heavenly. Cottage was clean, I had made a special request for good cleaning after reading some of the reviews. Lots of room to store belongings. Cottage was well insulated, so held the heat well. Kitchen had enough cooking utensils. Clean beds, clean towels. Enough beds for the 4 of us.
Disliked: Nothing major to dislike. But points to note: 1.- This is not a resort, it has no amenities, just self contained cottages in a pretty setting with trees. 2- Kitchen has no consumables, not even basic stuff like salt, oil. 2- There was a coffeemaker, but no coffee. 3.- No warm blankets or comforters provided. Not an issue if heater ON at night, else bring your own blankets (which we did, after reading some reviews on this). 4.-Floor could do with some better cleaning.

Liked: Love the location!!! Close to the village , Tube Tahoe, restaurants, stores etc….. Customer service 100% awesome 🙂🙂🙂 will book again
