Disappointing

Comfortable enough for a family...

Liked: We had comfortable stay , free internet , fridge microwave , tv, hot water dining area. We had enough towels etc
Disliked: We could have had people cleaning up each day and changing towels .Maintainenece of property could have been better.

Liked: This was the worst ever stay for me. the bed mattress was worst, and I did not able to sleep whole night and started getting back pain. and I need to vacate without using one night. Please help me with the refund.

Disliked: Additional fees not disclosed in the reservation, exceptionally thin walls and windows, parties starting at 2am on both nights, indifferent staff, everything is old and neglected, hot water went out on second night

Really rundown, not worth the...

Liked: Great location close to casinos.Bed was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: We called ahead to see if we could check in at 3 PM instead of four and were told no, 4:00 is earliest earliest but then when we arrived, we asked the office staff and they said sure 3 o’clock is fine.Facilities were really run down: room furnishings were broken and frankly dangerous. Ex: dresser drawers that kept popping open and were held shut by painters tape by staff.Hot water was either nonexistent, had very low pressure, or took a good 10 minutes to arrive from the water heater.Upon our arrival, bathroom was stocked with one washcloth and one hand towel plus a few bath towels, and a bath mat. We requested additional washcloths two times from the office before we were told to ask the housekeeping staff. We had to really hunt for housekeeping, and they were confused because they were new and we had to explain to them that the office said it was OK for them to give us washcloths. They actually didn’t have any washcloths on hand and gave us some hand towels instead. Which was fine but it took way too long to get a solution to that problem. We were there for three days and had to take our own trash out and had to ask for trash bags which again took three requests and involved us hunting down a housekeeper to get. Luckily when we ran out of toilet paper, the office had some on hand to give us. The only options for ventilation were a tiny bathroom window and a really loud room air conditioner unit. The price for rooms was overinflated for the Juneteenth long weekend, but dropped by a few hundred dollars the day before our arrival.We’re used to staying in “bargain” hotels, since we’re generally somewhere for the location rather than the hotel, but this was no bargain.

Liked: Easy check in, check out. I liked big tv. Big bed. I wish better coffee machine... I liked very quiet and no weird energetics. I felt safe.
Disliked: I wish there was better security lights for cars and see where going at night. Very dark at night. I wish tv was app tv that had Netflix.. Cable is so outdated endless commercials.... The floors are creaky and they need to hire a carpenter/painter full time.
