Cedar Inn & Suites

Great location

Liked: Loved our stay totally. I liked the smooth and quick check in process. The front desk staff was great and location was a big bonus for us, we didn't know that hotel is centrally located and just a few minutes walk to Casino's and Heavenly village at the time of booking. We spend quality time here at Cedar inn & Suites and would highly recommend for sure.

HORRIBLE!!

Liked: The location was nice
Disliked: Super run down, old and not up to code hotel room, walls had ugly large patches of spackle, opened door to room to see dresser drawers and nightstands had open drawers that would not close. No electrical outlets near bed. Went to front desk as hubby has a c-pap machine to breathe at night which requires electricity. Non-professional staff handed me an extension cord which was a tripping hazard. No screens on windows, unsafe dangerously old stairs to get to room. The “wall fireplace” was a joke…not only did it NOT function, it was beat up and the glass was filthy. The thermostat did NOT turn on whatsoever. Feared for carbon monoxide. Bedding had numerous cigarette hole burns. Bathroom was super old and tiny to the point you can barely turn around. Facility was definitely NOT as described. Terrible curb appeal, borderline filthy. Stay away far away from this place. Very gross!

Disliked: The place was not clean, we found hair in our beds and the AC was very loud as if we had construction workers in the middle of the night..

Rude staff, dirty room, it's...

Disliked: Staff was rude. We were 5 guests. The room. Was with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. The sofa bed was dirty. They did not make or change the sheets from the last guests.There were 4 towels. For a kitchenette, there were 2 small super dirty pans. When asked for a soap.to clean the dishes, 1 towel as there were only 4, requested to change sheets.the staff got mad and said that we are complaining! There are ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Broken drawers.
