The most amazing location. We...

Liked: The location was absolutely breathtaking. We were impressed with our room up on the hill and the luxurious spa. Then, we got a glimpse of our sister and brother-in-law's room nestled by the river, and we decided that next time, we'd definitely request one of those units. The tranquility was simply divine. We were also impressed by the thoughtful inclusion of earplugs, a small detail that made a big difference. While there, we had the pleasure of attending a wedding at the venue, and it was truly spectacular. The wedding space was stunning, and the food was exceptional.
Disliked: A few more powerpoints in the room would be great.

Liked: Their views of the Cedar creek and the sounds of the running water was very relaxing. The food at the restaurant was extremely expensive and the quality was not what I am used to.My daughter and son-in-law had their wedding day here at the glades.The food at the venue was really excellent and the service was amazing.
Disliked: Nothing was wrong with the place maybe a little expensive but we did get two rooms.The beds were comfortable and roomy.

Disliked: Very basic facilities. Towels were very thin, worn and stained. Room was not serviced during our two night stay. The air conditioning kept cutting out, no phone reception and the WiFi was very slow and would also keep dropping out.

Liked: The wedding deck was lovely, bathrooms were huge and double sinks were good
Disliked: The constant emails, the mattresses were thin but you could still sleep on them, the shower trickle was terrible no pressure whatsoever.

A relaxing two days spent...

Liked: It was peaceful. The staff were friendly. The vista room was so excellent. I loved the outdoor shower and balcony.
Disliked: It was difficult to see the entrance a few family members missed the turn.
