Liked: Staff welcoming, pleasant, smiling & helpful if requiring assistance.Stayed in an accessible room, large to accommodate wheelchair / mobility scooter. The room was spotless.Hotel lovely and clean.Breakfast is excellent.Will certainly stay again.

Liked: We had a lovely time the room was very clean and comfy all the staff were very friendly and helpful we ate in the restaurant in the evening and it didn’t disappoint

Liked: All of downstairs. Bar lounge and dining room were stunning. Food in restaurant very good.
Disliked: Gentleman at reception said he put us in newly refurbished room as it was our wedding anniversary.It wasn’t newly refurbished. Lots of marks on walls and skirting. Blind broken.Why lie? Led to disappointment.Only one lift working and that even stopped at breakfast time. Which meant 4 flights of stairs, which when you’re disabled, not good.Prices in restaurant high and would have been nice to have a midweek meal offer.
