Overall comfortable and most enjoyable

Liked: Staff were very friendly, restaurant service was good, food was hot and nicely presented and enjoyed the variety of choice and complimentary drink.
Disliked: Hotel Entrance is a little difficult for elderly or the less able. Water pressure on the shower kept dropping causing water temperature to fluctuate and become too hot at times. Bathrooms are very small

Liked: Breakfast was lovely plenty of choices . The room was comfortable , warm and clean. The location was fantastic .Staff friendly, helpful and happy . We had a wonderful stay and will book again. Thankyou cavendish.

Disliked: Bit dated needed work doing shower tray filled up with water ( room 21) as plug hole blocked with hair

The overall experience was good.

Liked: The food was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for us even when things happened out of their control as there was a slight plumbing issue but this did not effect our holiday they were able to upgrade us and looked after us service second to none.
Disliked: Scaffolding on the outside of the building but I guess this can’t be helped it would have been nice to be told about this before we got there though.

Disliked: It was very dated and no free wifi, more of an older demographic for the 65 plus age.
