Liked: The exterior appearance of the building looked good.Breakfast was good.We were kicked out of the restaurant at 20.00 hrs and told they had to get home.
Disliked: The quality of the bed was not as good as a cheap hotel standard. The window would not open and the temperature was high due to the sun in the room during the afternoon. The sash cords had broken and that was one reason why the window did not open. There was no air conditioning anywhere. The whole bedroom and lift were tired.

Liked: The room we had gave us a birdseye view of the bandstand so we could see David Bowie and Ed Sheeran from the window. The music was really loud and clear. The rooms are not cleaned while you're staying which is good because you don't want the cleaners hovering outside for you to go down for breakfast only to find they are still there when you get back.
Disliked: The menu was disappointing. It had been so good last year. Mixed vegetables and fish in crispy crumb were on every night. There was a function on while we were there and another one coming up so the dining room was changed to tables of ten , we prefer small tables for two.

Disliked: Some higher more comfortable chairs to suit people with disability or find it difficult to get up from low seated chairs.The lock on the disabled toilet in the foyer not very efficient.
