Liked: I liked the breakfast, though, even though I was early, I still feel the food could have been hotter.
Disliked: Oh the breakfast could have been hotter and extra pillows in the roon

Liked: It was close to amenities and staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room was a bit dreary and smelled quite stale, however for one night we just put up with it.

Disliked: Lady on reception - don't know her name as she didn't wear name badge, she was eastern European -was very rude.Rooms are absolutely disgusting. I booked 2 separate rooms for family of four. Room nr 8 and nr 9 was very dirty. Dirty toilet, bath dirty with soap and dried skin. Glasses in bathroom not cleaned. Coffee station stained with milk. Chairs just dirty and stained.When i open connecting door to another room it was full of empty tea and milk bags. Rooms have not been hoovered for weeks.After complaint on reception we been given different rooms but they were as dirty as previous ones.Hotel corridors was not hoovered for months probably.Before check in we was thinking to have breakfast at hotel but after room experience we was scared of food poison and drop that idea. I do understand that this was cheap room but it was basics which should be done in the room.I was working as housekeeping manager and this what we found in the rooms was absolutely unacceptable even for 2 stars hotel room.

Disliked: The radiator in the room are not working I reported, l was moved to another room but the radiator there too was not working, l complained but nothing was done. I slept in a cold room for four nights. Highly disappointed

Disliked: in 3 night stay, our room wasnt cleaned once - it should be for the price charged. our room 333 didnt have a fridge - it should have. room 328 had a fridge. 333 must have a fridge. toilet roll wasnt re-stocked neither were the shampoo etc. they should be.

Liked: Is what it is, cheap and nothing flash. But perfect for the money. Can't complain about it.
Disliked: Basement no windows, a tad hot but reception quickly supplied me with 2 fans. Which was great as was only using hotel for shagging.

Liked: Hotel is seafront..but a back room not sea view price was lower...have stayed before so knew what to expect...very good for price...would defo stay again...very important for us is the choice to cancel literally on day of arrival before 2pm.. and can pay in arrival.. that's main reason for keep going back..and cost compared to other hotels....there's no comparison this time.....another date another could be comparable...but not often.. Nice big room this time...rooms can be so different size wise....lovely hot plentiful water for sink/shower....good supply of toiletries and toilet paper
Disliked: People walking around till 1am in room above us..!!! For 3 hours....couldn't understand why you'd go away but walk around room all evening..! And people coming in late and leaving doors to bang shut!!! Some people are just inconsiderate!that's not hotels fault tho..Needed to ask for more pillows...think there should always be 2 pillows to each person... it was cold in evening / a.m.....no heating on apart from towel radiator in shower room...Was no teabags in room...was lots of coffee.. good job I brought my own...I'd already asked for 2 more pillows so didn't want to ask again...Please get housekeeping to check tv works when cleaning rooms... fortunately husband got it to work
