Cave Castle Hotel & Country Club

The hotel is very pleasant with ducks by the river. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the general atmosphere is good.

Liked: The aspect and the range of breakfast items.
Disliked: The first breakfast space was not so good: with coffee standing in dispensers and hot water that wasn't so hot.

Liked: Theh staff at reception, courtyard and breakfast and spa were all so friendly and helpful. The castle itself is very impressive in beautiful grounds. The food was delicious. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The room was lovely and comfy. The pool changing rooms were spotless and well kept and the floor clean and dry despite a few people being in the pool.
Disliked: The lift was temperamental, was fine going down but didnt seem to work from G to 2, had to press 1 then from 1 press 2. The water in hot tub was incredibly hot

Disliked: Room was on the smaller side with no view only a roof. Shower didn't fully work just trickled
