Disliked: I booked this room for a special occasion, but it ended up completely ruining the evening. The room looked nothing like the images shown on the website and had clearly not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The coffee table was greasy, the couch had a prominent brown stain, and the bathroom—advertised as a deluxe spa setup—was actually a bath under a shower, with visible rust along the edges.When we raised our concerns with staff, we were told no one was available to clean the room. We asked if they could at least send up some cleaning supplies so we could make the space usable ourselves, and were told they would “try.” Rather than inspecting the room, staff instructed us to take photos and email them to reservations for review the next day. There was no manager on site, and we were told it would "annoy the manager" to come over from another property. No alternative room was offered, and no meaningful assistance was provided.To make matters worse, when we pulled back the sheets, we found body hair on the bed—at that point, we decided to leave. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Liked: I thought the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was great and the bath was very deep. Always love that!
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower could have been better.
