The most uncomfortable night's sleep...

Liked: The owner/manager's hospitality was impeccable. And the location of the motel was convenient and set in nature.
Disliked: There is no attention to detail or care behind this motel; it looks and feels rundown. The room was humid even though it was a crisp 60° outside, the floor was dirty, the curtains did not cover the window fully allowing a bright white outdoor light to blare through the gaps in coverage. No coffee pot was in the room nor was coffee available in the lobby. I chose to stay at this motel because it was literally the last room available in a 20 mile radius of Woodstock in the Catskills. This motel room should rent for no more than $35/night to reflect both quality and comfort. Sad situation.

Disliked: Swimming pool “advertised” was a hole in the ground with weeds growing in and around it.

Liked: Its ok, rather clean and firnedly
Disliked: my next door guests (4-6) had a loud party all night - with shouting duels (all drunk) - and since there is no 24/7 reception - especially during nights there is nobody to call for help.

Exceptional

Although the price was low for the area, the value was not great, but adequate.

Liked: Location was convenient to trails and highways, the manager was pleasant and responsive.
Disliked: Wi-fi signal was weak and intermittent during bad weather, transfer rate was slow (unable to stream audio or video). Walls were very thin, some guests were loud and rude, one attempted to access my vehicle.
