very enjoyable

Liked: Very good breakfast with a variety of food available to suit everyone's needs. Great location for exploring the beautiful city of Lincoln. Also great advantage being able to pak the car for free. Lovely friendly staff wo were happy to help with what ever we needed.
Disliked: We did not have any problems with this property.

Great location - but the...

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: We stayed about 3 years ago when it was superb. It felt rather tired now. Leaking water from upper rooms(the walls in our room were damp) and the room felt rather shabby. Also note - whilst it says all the rooms have a private bathroom, that bathroom is not necessarily integrated into the room. Our bathroom was across the corridor.

Liked: The guest house was right next to the cathedral. Easy yo get everywhere. Parking available. Lovely big room, clean and tidy. Helpful staff.

Lovely Lincoln

Liked: Brilliant guest house close to quite a few pubs and restaurants so easy to find somewhere to eat. Everyone was really welcoming and we would definitely go back. Room was clean and the breakfast was really good, some of the best scrambled eggs I have had!
Disliked: Couldn't fault it. Not even the walk back up steep hill from the town centre!!
