Liked: What better place to start the Camino Mozarabe than at the hotel next to the Cathedral.

A pretty facade, lovely location...

Liked: The location next to the cathedral, overlooking the cathedral square was charming. The roof top terrace was a lovely area where you can watch the world go by in the square below and it captures the sun all day. Beds were comfortable, shower powerful and the room and hotel were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was excellent. The parking is across the cathedral square and is reasonably priced.
Disliked: On arrival we were given no information about the hotel so only discovered the roof terrace by chance, the QR code in the room gives minimal info, nothing about the local area. The pool was not available to use. The hotel facade is a beautiful historic building yet once you step inside the soul of the building has been lost, you could be in any hotel, anywhere in the world with generic modern furniture, laminate floors and plastic plants and sound proofing is poor. It felt like a business traveller hotel with noisy events taking place during our stay.

Disliked: Uninspiring breakfast, some rooms face inner courtyard and hence windows tinted and permanently shut.

excellent room in a fine...

Liked: wonderful location, and they gave us a fine room with a view right down into the Cathedral square. Very helpful staff - we has booked a parking place and were shown where to go, and then very patiently helped while we tried to work out the lights of the hire car. we were also given excellent advice about finding food late at night.
Disliked: all fine
