Liked: Location was great - walking distance to many food n shopping street. They upgrade us to a corner bigger room. Breakfast was fantastic just too much option - could not try everything
Disliked: We were not told that the central aircon broke down till we came back from after late lunch. Told us to open window at night but was noisy. After we made some noise n suggest they should offer an alternative hotel or at least a fan in the room, they actually managed to find a fan. Upon check out, they gave us 20% discount. Service recovery was slow but they tried.

Liked: Could not fault this hotel. Location great, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent , bedroom very comfortable and clean, very quiet and restful after sight seeing in the city.
Disliked: We liked everything
