Liked: Size of the rooms and pool bar. Couples massage was great!
Disliked: Inconsistent. Some rooms had tea making facilities some didn’t. I ordered the sweetheart package for my sister and instead of telling me they didn’t have the rose petals they just put the champagne and chocs out. Once my brother in law complained they did it again the next night. The spa was tiny and could only fit 4 people, I wouldnt called it “and spa” not worth the extra money with the room…

Liked: Good location , staff were fantastic ! Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great!
Disliked: Air conditioning did not cool room enough for me. But I do like it very cold. So it may be ok for others.

Location was convenient

Liked: Location was great close to great restaurants, cafes and shopping
Disliked: Staff were rude and not at all empathic when I had an emergency and needed to stay an extra night saying they were booked solid and they couldn't help and for me to try to see if they had anything available on booking.com.
