Disliked: The shower with the bathtub is kind of dangerous. Should consider remodeling. The pillows are too large. Normal size should be available.

Liked: Convenient and vibrant location, but very quiet, too. Staff exceptionally helpful. On first stay, upgraded to an historic and restored suite.

Liked: One of the best I have ever stayed at. In terms of cleaning everything was spotless and the stuff was really friendly and there for any needs. The rooms had a lot of amenities which even 5 star hotels I have previously stayed at did not have.
Disliked: There was literally nothing that I didn’t like about it.

Great hotel in a nice...

Liked: The room was a comfortable size and the bathroom was exceptionally nice. We loved having the large doors that opened to the Juliet balcony, the double doors kept the room very quiet at night. We chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel due to the cost but here is an excellent little bakery that serves full breakfast, opens at 8 a.m., just a block away from the hotel.

Liked: This hotel is in a superb location, very close to some of Madrid's main sights. The breakfast was excellent, room service discretely done and staff very friendly. A hidden gem in a neighbourhood of many restaurants and plazas.
