Inconsistent staff

Liked: Good location
Disliked: When we stayed at this hotel a few night earlier, the reception asked for a card to process payment. This time when we checked in, a different reception staff didn't asked us how we'd like to pay, and instead just said it was already done. Turned out they directly charged through the card provided while making the booking.

Liked: Perfect location
Disliked: We specifically asked for 2 single beds when booking. The hotel didn't acknowledge the booking request or reply to our follow-up message, and told us there was only double-bed available when we arrived. Very disappointing.
