I would stay again. Central,...

Liked: A very central hotel, lovely staff and old world charm in parts. Great to have a pool, but it is tiny and packed. I had a delicious dinner via room service one night. Room had a fridge and great shower.
Disliked: My room 230, was facing a brick wall and kept in permanent darkness with the heavy drapes closed. I couldn’t see a cord to open them.

Exceptional

Liked: We were only in Madrid for 2 nights. We did a red bus tour probably on the hottest day. We went back to the famous district of Tapas and loved. And visited the Old Town. Loved !
Disliked: No complaints about Madrid.
