Best hotel in Bilbao

Liked: It is an amazing luxury hotel, we loved the room, as it is really spacious, has a great location, room and amenities are fantastic!The pool on the terrace with sunbath beds is a super nice touch, we loved this hotel and we will definitely come back.

Liked: The location, the comfort of the room (with terrace), the bar with good drinks and food, the convenient parking, the very friendly personnel, the distance to musea, old Bilbao and good restaurants. All within walking distance, top!

Liked: The breakfast and staff. Domingo is the best. Well-informed, gracious, and so helpful . The Terrace and bathroom from our room.
Disliked: Spa/jacuzzi weren't working properly and water cold.
