Liked: Stylish, clean, and comfortable hotel with exceptional staff (highly professional and friendly). Spacious room with proper wardrobe and bathroom. The hotel is across the metro train station, along Linea 1 - an easy 10 minute ride into the centre of Madrid. Free fast wifi. Buffet breakfast is a must - includes all the best cold meat, bread, cheese, churros con chocolate, Spanish omelette, chorizo, freshly squeezed orange juice, pastries, fresh fruit selection, and so much more.
Disliked: It was perfect for its offering.

Liked: Location is ok. Staff is nice, but there is nothing they can really do to help the customer, management Non existent, no care.
Disliked: Stay away from the family room (1st floor)! It is a bad joke, already from exiting the elevator you have the feeling of old and unclean.The family room and the conditions were terrible. The wallpaper was coming off the walls and there was what appeared to be mold on the ceiling. Very concerning, especially in a room intended for families. The room felt neglected and dirty — nowhere near 4-star standard.The breakfast was bland and forgettable. We expected better for the price. This hotel charges premium rates for deplorable conditions. Would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere — this place is not worth it.
