Very disappointing. Not worth the...

Disliked: No way this was a four star hotel. No bar, no concierge, one person on staff. Changed room locks mid day with the do not disturb on as we didn’t want people in our room. Came up and a staff member was inside working. No water available. Room upgrade was no better than standard room.

Liked: Breakfast lovely, plenty of options.
Disliked: Dripping noise from upstairs when showers or toilets flushed.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, huge "attic"...

Liked: The hotel is located on a small plaza, with a beautiful church and fountain right out front. We had a 5th floor "attic" room, which was huge, with large bathroom that included both a jacuzzi bathtub and a separate, large shower. King size bed, separate little sitting area with comfortable chairs, and a walk in closet with lots of hanging space, drawers, and shelves. Also included an iron and ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, bathrobes and slippers. Basically everything you could need. Very convenient walking location to most sites.

Liked: I loved the location. We had a wonderful view of procession from our balcony. The roomw was clean and comfortable.

Liked: Fantastic location! Really comfortable beds, bathroom quite spacious, nice amenities, helpful staff.
Disliked: The fake wood floors in bedroom are hideous. It really cheapens the look of the hotel
