Horrendous

Liked: Location only.
Disliked: I paid 150€ for one night at Hotel Catalonia Brussels and it was an absolutely disgusting experience. The room was old and not well maintained, with mould on the walls, including in the bathroom, which made the place feel neglected and unhygienic. I felt genuinely uncomfortable staying there, to the point that I was worried about getting a rash or some kind of reaction from the unclean environment. This is completely unacceptable for the price I paid, and I am requesting a full refund for this stay. The bedsheets were clean but the room was unacceptable!!

Friendly staff, comfortable room

Liked: Very friendly and welcoming staff who were very helpful with directions, booking taxis etc.
