Liked: Location is good
Disliked: Had to upgrade to a bigger room cause the one they gave me the first night was very small I mean very small to me they shouldn't rent rooms that small

Good

Liked: The staff was very friendly and that made the stay ok.
Disliked: The balcony was facing another place. The shower didn't have a door. No refrigerator to keep water inside the room to keep cold.

Passable

Liked: the staff, the cleanliness of the room. good location next to everything in Avalon.
Disliked: The room was fine; it was the room location at the front of the building and next to the street. Every morning, we were woken up by workers washing down the street and by golf carts. other than the hotel was fine.

Disliked: Three levels without elevator. Have to walk to third floor in this day and age. Room are small extremely small.

Liked: Location was great close to everything, staff was very helpful, room was clean and spacious
Disliked: A lot of stairs to the upstairs rooms, no elevator, bed was very loud

Superb

Liked: I like the location as it is central to the main square of Avalon. It is close to restaurants, shows and steps to the beach. Jacob the associate from the front desk was also amazing. He gave us tips on where to go hike and what else to do in the island. He was very professional, friendly and made us very welcomed.
Disliked: It is an older building so we can hear footsteps from our upstairs neighbor. Moreover, I have misread the check out time on booking as it says 1230am and I read it as 1230pm. We were an hour late for our check out time which was totally our fault. However the lady in the front desk was so rude to us when we came in to check out and letting us know that we just need to get our stuff and go. I understand that things can happen but I think there is better way to deliver a strong message even though it was the client's fault. She gave us 15 min to shower and get out of the room which I was thankful for but as a client, the way we were treated was very disrespectful.
