Overall, the hotel has potential,...

Liked: The hotel has a very convenient location and the price is reasonable. It was great that the reception allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. The staff who welcomed us in the lobby were especially friendly and attentive, which left a really positive impression.
Disliked: The room was generally fine, though the bathroom door didn’t close properly and the floor was a bit worn, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. After cleaning, the floor towel was removed but not replaced.The main pool was under renovation, and the rooftop pool could use better care, as it didn’t look very clean. The room also didn’t have a safe, which would have been convenient.

Wish I had some money...

Liked: The staff and location were excellent
Disliked: the room was absolutely disgusting, I felt itchy on the bed, dust over the toilet roll and rush everywhere

A fun 3 day weekend...

Liked: The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was large and in great condition. The bed was comfortable. It is a great location close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
Disliked: The expense of food and drinks was very high compared to other areas.

Liked: The breakfast was good.Some employees are so helpfull.
Disliked: They give me a room who had someone inside, and i went on the office from second floor of Maxine's resto,to explain that,to find a manager to return check if its true. And go back again to have a new room number. That part was not nice.

Liked: The beach was close the rooms were clean
Disliked: The pool area was on the construction, I had to wait an hour for my room

Bad

Disliked: When we arrived in the hotel, to do the check, the lady who check us in informed us that the AC was turned off. And they just turned on at our check in time. So when we got inside the room, we noticed even after 30 minutes with the AC on, the room was still hot. When we decided to check the air that was coming out of the AC, we noticed that was warm air in both of the AC turned on. Then when we went to the reception to complaint about it, the guy who was there told us that she couldn’t do anything about it and told us to complain directly with the Hotel. We asked him if he could do a room change because it was impossible to stay inside that oven. Without any other option we had to try to sleep, but me and my friend couldn’t do it, because of the unbearable heat. To make it worst, in the morning, my friend was feeling nauseous, headache and vomiting because of the heat. Unfortunately was the worst experience that I’ve ever had experience in a hotel. So I really hope I can get a refund of the money that I spent on my stay. On the bottom there’s a picture of the broken AC
