Liked: Location and restaurants!
Disliked: Half of the staff was rude. The room was dirty, smelled like mold and cat pee. The bed was not as pictured, very disappointing. Mold in bathroom. Beds were hard.

Liked: The location was very central and good.
Disliked: The cleaning and maintenance of rooms are very poor. I had to change my room because the bathroom was not cleaned and in a poor maintenance situation. Only after asking several times and insisting I was changed to another room.Additionally I had an provisional Aircon in my room and the window was closed by a plastic bag.This Hotel has the audacity to charge so much per night and has the rooms in such a bad shape. Definitely not recommended!

Disliked: Check in not good at all, the hotel needs more staff that’s for sure. Very little information and signage. The only value is location, otherwise not worth to pay more than 100 usd. Service is appalling

Disliked: This was, without exaggeration, one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely filthy — long strands of hair everywhere, clearly from previous guests. It felt like the place hadn’t been cleaned in months, if not years. The room they gave me was directly behind the bar, so I had to suffer through pounding music all night. Sleep was impossible.The entire hotel is outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. For the price they charge, the quality is shockingly low. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere — this place does not live up to even basic expectations.

Disliked: I didn't get the guys name, but 1 of the customer service reps at the front desk I believe racial profiled me and my 11 year old son. From the beginning of check out he was saying things like kids are not allowed in the pool. Happy hour is only open to people staying in master suits... which I knew wasn't true because I've stayed at this hotel lots of times! And he was whispering so no one else would hear him tell me this nonsense. If it wasn't racial profiling I'm confused on why he was lying when the paperwork you sign at check in clearly states different. Idk, that just left a bad taste in my mouth.
