Overall pleasant stay

Liked: The room and view of pool. The staff were very nice. Shuttle service. Would come back again.
Disliked: Phone was not working. One of entry tiles had cracks.

Liked: Clean and facilities like the gym and pool were easily accessible
Disliked: Understaffed, housekeeping didn’t come regularly and the restaurant had a long wait

So glad we chose this...

Liked: The property was beautiful. There was a wonderful flow to the outdoor spaces, and we enjoyed walking along the paths and stairs, and there was a lot of thought that went behind the design. The people at the property were also VERY friendly and helpful. Delightful stay!
