Liked: Staff were excellent and the food in the restaraunt was very good if you like Sri lankan food.
Disliked: No air conditioning so found it a bit difficult to sleep with the high temperatures in london over those 3 nights but give the staff there due they did supply us with a couple of fans which did help a bit.

Disliked: There is no reception 24/7, I left my key inside the room. Like I need to wait for the staffs till morning so that I can access my room again

Disliked: Too noisy , the description said the rooms were sound proof but the noise went on to early hours of the morning .
