Great for short stay in...

Liked: Good breakfast in a nice setting.Room sizes are massive with small kitchen area and decent sized fridge.Air conditioning.Helpful and friendly desk staff.Good location.

Amazing stay in beautiful Florence...

Liked: The accommodation was stunning and it was tucked into one of the beautiful streets. Colourful art work , we got upgraded to a suite , on arrival . It was amazing, luxurious and spacious.
Disliked: Loved it

Disappointing.

Liked: Clean, staff was good.
Disliked: No advance warning about very odd rules. You had to book time in the pool ahead of time. Needless to say, all the slits were booked and we never got to use the facilities. There was also no hot water one morning.

Great accommodation for a city...

Liked: Spacious rooms, very cool Spa area, food variety for breakfast. Unique little courtyard area. Great location!
Disliked: Parking arrangement was pricey. Pets not allowed in breakfast area not even in carrier bag.

Liked: Everything was amazing. Best place. Will be using this place when I return to florence
Disliked: The pool times Should stay open for Adults should later into the evening especially if there's someone at the reception till those times , Adults only after 8pm till 11 ??
