Location and excellent customer service...

Liked: We loved the location and how close this hotel is to the center of the city. Within walking distance you can get everything you need. Close to Tram 28 and to the elevator that takes you up to the Castle! Facundo and Carlos made our stay even nicer with their suggestions and great service.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful and approved all our requests!
Disliked: Despite asking for the ground floor room the room wasn't a room of a 4 star hotel, very old toilet and furniture. Because of that we requested a new room on the 2nd floor which it was much better but also not the typical room of a 4 star hotel.

Liked: Everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast area on the lower level felt very grand — walking down the stairs into such a beautiful space was a lovely start to the day. The whole stay was fantastic! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon, with easy access to any part of the city. There’s even an elevator nearby that takes you up and down the hills. Very comfortable accommodation

great value than expected

Liked: Due to a change in our flight schedule, we arrived in Lisbon one day earlier than expected. Our original hotel was fully booked for that night, so we made a last-minute reservation at Casual Belle Époque Lisboa — and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a charming Belle Époque style, with a comfortable room and very friendly staff. Its location is excellent, Just a few meters from the hotel entrance, there are two public elevators that make getting around Lisbon extremely easy. One elevator takes you down to the flat, central area near the Santa Justa Lift, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The other elevator goes uphill directly to the Castelo de São Jorge, giving you effortless access to one of Lisbon’s most iconic landmarks. This convenient setup made exploring the city smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast felt just like home — abundant and comforting. We would have happily extended our stay here if our next hotel booking hadn’t been non-refundable.
Disliked: the washing basin is a bit small.
