I preferred the old rooms...

Liked: The location and staff of the Castlereagh is great. Everyone is always polite and friendly and ready to help. I love catching up with Louise at breakfast and the older waiter at lunch is so attentive and kind.
Disliked: My room was small, with no view and the air conditioning barely worked. I normally stay in 901 but that has been upgraded and was not available.

Comfy bed and pillows old...

Liked: Walking distance to everything
Disliked: The shower over the bath it would have been nicer to have just a small walk in shower
