Liked: The whole hotel it was like I was walking back in time, they made it feel like I was in a comfy home. The front desk was an complete gentleman, I even booked for another stay.I am very happy

Disliked: I booked the room. I NEVER got an email telling me the booking was confirmed. So when I was in the city that day I couldn't remember the name of the hotel. And there was NO EVIDENCE of my booking and NO COMMUNICATION from Castlereagh in my emails. Ever. At any time. So I had to take the 1.00AM train to go back home, when I'd like to have stayed in the city.FFS improve your communication.
