A magical place

Liked: The house and gardens were beautifully situated and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Our seaview room was definitely worth the extra expense and the dinner on the second night was excellent. The village pub is just up the road and very useful if you are there on a night that the restaurant is shut.The location was excellent for getting onto the coastal path and you also have the castle and church in the village to explore.

Disliked: The last evening meal was very slow in coming and not very warm.

Stunning property, wonderful staff, yummy...

Liked: Beautiful room, easy to access. Dining room looked seaward over large lawn. Staff were so helpful and happy to lend us a charger when we had forget to pack

Nice stay in Manorbier

Liked: Great location, close to the Coast Path. Breakfast is very good!

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was good a bit out of the way for location but went to a wedding in Manorbier hence why we stayed there

Relaxing Break and Excellent food

Liked: We always much enjoy our stay at Castlemead and return every year.The hotel is very clean and cozy and welcoming. Staff are lovely. We stay in the lodge which is dog friendly. Location is very good ...a short walk to beautiful Manorbier beach and coastal walk and Manorbier village. The breakfast and evening meal are both delicious and of high quality. Would definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit.
