An ideal overnight venue when...

Liked: We stay regularly, mainly because of the location but, the hotel is exactly what we need for a single night stay. The dinner and breakfast is very good and the staff are excellent.
Disliked: Two very small issues with the bathroom - far too trivial to document.

Great find ideal for work...

Liked: The location was great, easy to find, just off motorway.Annexe rooms are spacious with comfy bed, lovely friendly staff at reception on arrival, very helpful. Restaurant was great, good choice of food and good service. Ample free parking also.
Disliked: The rooms, although spacious, would benefit from an upgrade/refresh. This was the only negative for me in what was otherwise a great stay. I would definitely use again.

Liked: The breakfast which my husband had was vey good. The restaurant is excellently furnished and food was good.
Disliked: Not too impressed with the room needs updatingand the old curtain over the door was in shreds, dreadful. I did report this.

Liked: Easy access from motorway. Friendly staff.

Disliked: Had one of the outside rooms. On the doorstep was a container full of cigarette ends. Upon entering the room, the first thing that hit you was the smell of dampness. The tiny bathroom had not been cleaned properly, and one of the beds was uncomfortable because the mattress springs were loose.

Lovely place, comfortable spacious room

Liked: Easy to find and park. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Good shower. Area was quiet.
Disliked: There was a door connecting my room to the next room and it meant I could hear everything from the people next door. They weren't being noisy at all, but you could hear the TV and snoring
