Liked: Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Liked: Staffs are good. Nice welcoming. Room was clean . Facilities in room was fine.
Disliked: Actually not about the property. But the location is hard bcz there was no nearby shops. No uber. Taxis service expensive. It would be better to add water, fizzy drinks , crisps , packet snacks or venti machine in the property.

Convenient and comfortable

Liked: Restaurant and spacious rooms
Disliked: Outside chalet too close to road. I was destroyed by traffic noise all night. Also, my room was on two levels and there is an emergency light by the stairs which makes good sense, but he’s very bright and I couldn’t turn it off.

Friendly Staff

Liked: The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Great for food in the evenings which is a good job as nothing else around
Disliked: Not a criticism - just a suggestion. Could do with some hooks or rails to hang towels in the bathroom

Disliked: Hotel was very tired and needs updating -.small changes would make big differences such as upgraded shower controls or a couple of hooks in the bathroom.
