Liked: It was quiet and the staff do a fantastic job keeping the place clean and comfortable!
Disliked: The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but overall I’ll definitely consider staying again!

Disliked: They had overbooked so we did not have access to the family deluxe room that we had booked and paid for via Bookings.com.They gave us a smaller room with a trundle bed when they realised the mistake. However the heating didn’t work and there was no offer to adjust the price to the new cheaper room with less beds.

Ok for a one night...

Liked: Staff welcoming, the bed was comfortable, heating worked and the room was warm and generally neat
Disliked: There was toilet was not flushed properly even with the clean label over the toilet and there was mud as well as dirt on the carpet.

Liked: The room was very clean and warm. The bed was comfortable, and the location was fantastic, with shops just a 2-minute walk away.
