Castle Limes Hotel

Perfect location. Nice room. Friendly...

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. It was also ready nice and early. The lady at reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. Can't fault it.
Disliked: Not the fault of the hotel - but I was woken by someone moving a van around in the carpark at 6.45am whose voice was also very much turned up to eleven. I think he was told to get on with it at one point, which I was very grateful for.

Liked: the room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable. The room was on the ground floor, which is good for my husband and i, as we both have difficulties with stairs.
Disliked: Shame they didnt open the bar or the dining room in the hotel

Liked: The room was spacious, the decor was simple and unfussy. It was basic but did the job.
Disliked: The hotel is on a main road at a junction, and is right up next to the road, so some traffic noise is inevitable.It wasn't as bad as a I feared, but it's not ideal.The shower seemed to run out of hot water on my second morning.The room and facilities generally are also quite basic. I wasn't expecting the Ritz, so that was fine.
