Liked: Location right next to castle gardens and the beautiful cathedral. Staff were very helpful

Accomodation and breakfast excellent, but...

Liked: Room and breakfast was great. But no dinner!
Disliked: No evening meal except for a charcuterie board which had to be booked by 3.00pm. Very disappointing for a business that prides itself on serving local food. We were just given a leaflet listing other eating places in Hereford.

Disliked: As a single woman travelling I wasn’t overly happy being in the Townhouse and on the top floor with nobody to carry my case up to the room which coincidentally was very small for the price.

Beautiful central location. Clean, well...

Liked: Fabulous room, well equipped and even a welcome hamper of food and drink. Amazing location right in the centre of Hereford, however the location is very quite and has easy access to the river bank and city.
Disliked: Could do with a little clearer signposting to he carpark. However a quick question at reception and I was directed to a private car park adjacent to the hotel.

Well located, clean, excellent breakfast

Liked: Location was great, everything was clean. The decor was lovely with lots of little extras in the room including some sherry!! Breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: Bed was small but we booked a small room as we were only staying one night. We did feel a bit on top of one another which is usually ok but in this warm weather it’s nice to have a bit more space.
