It suited our stay in...

Liked: There was no breakfast provided, but we ate at the nearby Y Sellar and it was excellent.
Disliked: The room itself was quite small, which was not too much of a problem but the window wouldn't open and so it was very stuffy. Apart from that it was a comfy bed and clean with a good shower and other facilities. Would stay there again.

Very good

Liked: Excellent location and friendly staff. We decided not to take the breakfast option as there are lots of coffee shops very near and we like the variety.
Disliked: A little noisy when other guests moved around but quite usual for hotels.
