Liked: The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent freshly made to order. Will stay again.

Liked: Huge room, comfy huge bed, all very clean and well presented with all the extras for an enjoyable nights stay. Breakfast was a bonus and very enjoyable. Staff super friendly and very accommodating

Exceptional

Liked: Friendly obliging staff, nothing was too much trouble, made us feel extremely welcome.Breakfast was excellent, coffee and tea during breakfast plentiful.Room extremely clean and tidy, bed very comfortable. When we return to Devizes we will definitely stay here.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.The Castle Hotel sign outside our room may need some WD40 however that's the only fault we could find.

Liked: Old building, but very clean and fresh after recent refurbished. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very close and convenient to shops, pubs and restaurants.
