Friendly staff although one members...

Liked: Breakfast was great. Each individual element was of high quality.
Disliked: We did not like the folded duvets within the duvet covers!

Liked: Fantastic central location
Disliked: The cupboard space was insufficient for a stay of 4 nights meaning that you had to live out of your suitcase

It served a purpose but...

Liked: The location was fantastic.Breakfast was tasty but not the biggest choice.Very friendly and welcoming staff.
Disliked: The value for money.The room smelt very musty, the tile grout needed a good scrub, the drains needed clearing in the shower I feel like I was paddling in someones else's dirt. The TV did not work. We only had x 2 teabags and only one bottle of water in one of our rooms.The pillows and towels had seen better days. For the price of over £300.00 per room per night I would have expected much more.

Liked: The food at the hotel is amazing
Disliked: we had a leek from the roof through the light onto our bed in the middle of the night and didn't get a new room until midday. It was our anniversary too so put a bad note on our break. Got offered just the car parking back, on checkout they also took food expense off.room we got given was much smaller and not as nice as first room even though it was apparently the same category as the first room which is why it took so long to get us a new room apparently
