Liked: Great location and clean
Disliked: Bad shower and the check in employee didn’t tell me that you have to ask for our room to be cleaned! They don’t clean it unless you ask for it !

Great hotel and good for...

Liked: Good location, nice staff, great food!! Would stay here again.
Disliked: Didn’t get any house keeping during our 3 night stay, had to call down to reception for towels

Great location, staff and memorable....

Liked: The staff was great and so was the appearance of the building. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and see.

Passable

Liked: Pool closed too early in the night and was not able to soak in the hot tub after walking at the theme parks all day.
Disliked: I chose to extend my stay 2 times on this trip and was only informed after the booking that the hotel was not part of the Universal Studios hotels for early entry to the theme parks. Had I known before I would not have extended my stay at this hotel and would have rather booked at a partnered hotel. I was stuck and not able to cancel my booking.

Not that good

Liked: •Great location — walking distance to the aquarium and just minutes away from the park we needed, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.•Cute and cozy rooms — nicely designed and fairly clean.•Decent pool — a nice option to relax after a long day.
Disliked: Parking is $35 per night, which is outrageous. If I had known that in advance, I wouldn’t have booked this hotel.•The comforters definitely need replacing — the filling inside was clumped and uneven.•No housekeeping during our stay, even though we stayed more than one night — which is unusual and disappointing.•The hotel doesn’t live up to its 4-star rating, at least not in terms of service or comfort.Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again.
