We stopped for 1 night...

Liked: The Hotel was lovely and was just about a 20 minute walk from Kendal town centre. We had a lovely view from our bedroom window (117)The staff were very welcoming and our room was lovely.

Liked: Very clean. Location was good
Disliked: Needs more directions to the top parking area nearest the hotel reception.One of the waitresses at breakfast was extremely rude. This was reported to the reception staff who could not apologise enough.
