Liked: Rooms were comfortable, bed was lovely, powerful shower, the facilities on site were fantastic - pool was lovely, restaurant, bar and pub were all different but all great. Staff couldn’t do enough to help.
Disliked: The room was far too hot, almost stifling at times, and the aircon didn’t seem to go cold enough. We came during a big storm so didn’t want to open the windows and have gale force winds blowing though the room.

Liked: Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the changing facilities good and clean
Disliked: The waiting time for dinner in the evening. We didn’t make a reservation and were told it would be a 45 min wait. When seated it was over an hour till we received our main courses.

Always comfortable, immaculate and delicious...

Liked: I stay here often and love the high quality of the decor, rooms, food and general ambience. The staff are wonderful.
Disliked: My room was unfortunately on the main corridor just down from reception, backing onto the roof of the gym and pool. So I was disturbed by noise from the pipes outside, a gym class with seriously loud music early one evening and people talking in the corridor at 2am and 3am as they went to their rooms. I’m normally up a floor at the back of the hotel where it is quiet so I will request a quiet room next time.
