Liked: Well kept and clean and at the perfect location if you are staying within FLBTB. Loved the location and service, Renee is great and provided us with beach chairs a big plus and gave us tips on where the grocery store and the sought out locations where. This is my second time here and definitely would recommend as a great budget stay!
Disliked: Beds are somewhat uncomfortable, we ended up rotating the mattress which helped a lot.

Liked: I loved the location of the property. It was just a short walk to the beach. They also provided an umbrella and chairs for the beach.
Disliked: The office hours are suppose to be 10am-6pm. Almost every time we went to the office it was closed/or locked. The last day i went to the office at 330 (mind you the office wasn’t suppose to close till 6) and it was closed already. I called the number and said we needed towels. The woman was very rude! She said, well i was there all day so i left early and basically, i don’t know what to tell you. Well she called back and said she would send someone with towels. That woman was VERY rude! She walked in our room and said, wow, how many days have you been here?? Then she says, it must be nice to take a vacation and have someone clean up after you

Disliked: The prices of the nearby restaurants were too high for mediocre food
