Lovely little spot for a...

Liked: This is a cute little spot a block off the beach. Easy to walk over and enjoy the water and beach. The hotel is an older style, typical of this area. Our room, Deluxe King Efficiency, was spotless and very nice. Everything was clean and smelled great. We did not cook anything, but there’s a nice little kitchen with everything you need to make a meal. Full size stove and full size fridge. We had the luxury of a little table and chairs on the balcony outside our room. This was nice to hang out in the evening or morning. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and tidy around the deck. We will definitely choose Castle By the Sea again. It’s a good value for the room type and location.
Disliked: While this was not a problem for us, be aware of the rules regarding towels and decorative bedding. Again, not a problem for us, but good to know in advance, especially if you have little ones or messy partners
