Liked: my room was spacious and well decorated, it came with a massive bathroom with a great shower. Satisfied with the level of cleanliness, toiletries/towels were aplenty. The staff were friendly. Room service available which was a plus, great service. This was my first time staying solo and I felt comfortable, satisfied and safe.
Disliked: the wifi was bad in the Brewery House, bottom floor. 2-3/4 bars at best. The prices of some of the food was disappointing, a tenner for a toastie with chips, or £18 for a burger meal albeit the quality of the food was great.
