Castle Bromwich Hall Hotel

Disappointed

Liked: Bar Staff were excellent.
Disliked: Room was shabby for a brand new room. No bedside lamps which was annoying. Rubbish left around the site was terrible. The Hotel was beautiful and historic but the grounds were badly kept. I know that work has been carried out recently, however there was rubbish everywhere, it needed some TLC and tidying up.

Superb

Liked: The exterior and the main building are great and our room was in general fine. The best part was definitely the breakfast. Quality and service were really really good.
Disliked: The room smelled old and wet every time we went into it.

Liked: Unsure really, very run down place
Disliked: Checking in took very long, finding staff was the first problem - nobody about. Rooms all average, bathrooms very dated. just old and run down.Waited some time at reception to get checked in, place is very run down, late night check in/porter was a waste of time. Very poor experiance. Would not stay again.

We are occasional regulars.

Liked: Superb location for us just offM6 Lovely characterful building. Very comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Not much to be honest I think it’s massively overpriced for what it is
Disliked: I wasn’t a fan of the staff I think the rooms were small and very deceptive it wasn’t worth the money for me personally
