Disliked: Power was out for a few hours within 2 days. Only 2 Elevators were working on emergency power and the hallways were dark

Terrible, wasted our vacation. We...

Liked: Location is good.
Disliked: Sink was clogged on arrival and couldn’t use it more than day &half and contacted the maintenance man by phone of your company, and thru showed up following day and wasted so many hours. Both beds are too soft with worn out sheets. Toilet seat was so low which was kid’s height.
